About Dr Ruwan Perera

Dr. Ruwan Perera gained his qualifications as a General Surgeon in Sri Lanka in 2003. In 2006, he came to Australia with his lovely wife and three daughters to settle in Brisbane, where he completed further surgical training and became a Fellow of the Royal Australiasian College of Surgeons in 2010. Dr. Perera and his family then relocated to Dubbo in 2010.

Dr. Perera then moved from Dubbo to Sydney in 2023 where he continues to perform surgery in his specialised fields. His three daughters have also followed in his footsteps pursuing careers in medicine and dentistry. His dedication to continued learning allows him to address the individual needs of each patient, with certified expertise and advanced clinical precision.

Dr. Perera demonstrates sincere and specialised care towards his patients. His compassionate manner with patients, their families and fellow medical professionals demonstrates his focus to improve the lives of his patients.

About Dr Athula Kosgallana

Dr Athula Kosgallana is an accomplished and dedicated Geriatrician with extensive experience in Sydney’s South West. He is passionate about caring for his aging patients, alleviating their stress, and helping them recover their independence and quality of life.

Dr Kosgallana maintains a particular interest in the ongoing care of patients experiencing Alzheimer’s. He also specialises in acute and post stroke treatment.

Dr Kosgallana cares for patients who have become acutely unwell and requiring hospitalisation or cares for them following their illness within the rehabilitation environment with the aim of getting patients back to their best. His individualised and multidiscplinary approach ensures that his patients has treatment that is tailored towards them and their needs whilst utilising the allied health and nursing staff within the rehabilitation team. Dr Kosgallana is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians

About Dr Nounu Sarukkali

Dr Nounu Sarukkali is a General and Developmental Paediatrician and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). She completed her paediatric training at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick.

Dr Sarukkali has been practising in Paediatrics since 2003 and is dedicated to supporting the health, development, and wellbeing of children from the neonatal period through to adolescence (under 16 years of age). She provides comprehensive care for a wide range of paediatric conditions, with a compassionate and family-centred approach.

She is trained in administering the Griffiths III Developmental Scales for formal developmental assessments and the ADOS-2 assessment for the formal diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

She also manages a broad range of general paediatric conditions including asthma, constipation, enuresis, weight concerns, allergies, and newborn infant care. Her experience includes the management of feeding difficulties, gastro-oesophageal reflux, sleep difficulties, and poor weight gain in infants and young children.
